Always courteous always professional My go to dealership I have bought many vehicles there and trust them !

First thing, we had an appointment to come purchase the vehicle, And the guy we had the appointment with also was dealing with five other sales at the same time, wow there were many other salesman in the sales area standing around doing nothing. We were not haggling any pricing or anything. We just wanted to sign papers and get out of there. It still took three hours. We were also told we could get a hitch receiver cover for the bumper plate for $49. Now they're telling us it's $150. Also, as soon as we drove off the lot, the check engine light came on and many of the electronics on the vehicle have issues. There was a recall that was supposed to take care of them. My wife went back to the dealer and sat there for a few more hours to get the recall, taken care of. To find out that the check engine light came right back on with the same issues. And we're still waiting to hear back on a resolution. I have reached out a few times now.

Long wait for oil change and tire rotation despite having an appointment. Broke two lug nuts and didn't tell me. Just put them back on the car on the passenger side where they're hidden from the driver.

Great experience, Walser Polar Chevrolet is the best Dealership in my area, and I travel and extra 20 miles or so to go to them as i can trust the people that work there and their Customer Service is absolutely amazing.

Disappointed it was not detected that my fuel filter was at end of life.

Everyone was great. The oil change did not take long. The area where we waited was clean. Bathrooms were clean.

Repairs were done as expected and on time, although it was a large job and took a day or two longer than anticipated.

I love the dealership,and I won’t go anywhere else, but I have a computer problem that they can’t fix! They told me that they have to wait until GM redo the computer ! But it’s safety issues!
