Good. Feel could have been better on my trade in value. I should have walked away. Will always regret that. But the past is history.

Overall good customer service and sales. I mean for a dealership they meet the criteria. As far as "transparency" and "honesty" which is corporate speak anyway it goes both ways. If you want to not haggle on price don't mark up the financing on the back end to make it up! Then make the customer catch you and get you back down over 2.5%! Huge mark up for you! Just know what you are doing when you buy a car pay attention to what you are paying for the car NOT the monthly cost.

I bought a used Dodge Ram Truck from Quinn. Initially everything went well. After the sale though Quinn and the dealership failed me over and over in communicating with me regarding the process of fixing the rust on the fender and the scratches and imperfections that I "thought" I paid for. I had to take the lead on the communication over and over and over. I never actually got an answer on when the truck was going to be done, so I called the Auto Body Shop myself. They told me that the dealership never communicated multiple things that I told Quinn that I wanted the Auto Body to fix, so they said it wasn't going to get done. They did tell me when the truck was going to be expected back at the dealership. Quinn had the day off that day, ad wanted me to wait to pick it up the next day...by that point I was extremely frustrated. So, /i told him to have a manager take care of getting it ready. He agreed to have ready to go by 2:00 pm that day...I did not get to the dealership until 4:00 pm. It still wasn't ready and I got no answer as to why, ever. 4:30 pm and I finally drive the truck home. Nobody at the dealership seemed to care about the horrible lack of communication throughout the process of the truck being at the Auto Body Shop for WAY longer in time (a couple weeks) than it should have, nor did a manger ever address my concerns. Needless to say I will never take my truck there to get serviced and i will never go there again. The leadership at this dealership is obviously lacking, at best.

20 out of 10! I purchased my new Chevy Trailblazer this past Saturday from Walser Polar Chevrolet. I worked with Justin Mederich and he was phenomenal! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was very nice and knowledgeable! This dealership came highly recommended from several good friends of mine. The town I live in has a Chevy dealership as well as the town my parents live in and because of recommendations I received those dealerships were not something I even considered even though they were much closer for me. I could not be more happy that I went to Walser Chev. I will be bringing all my vehicle service needs there as well any future purchases. Bought a car @ longs many years ago & loved seeing Polar Bear heading up north as a kid- none of that wonder compares to the beautiful dealership & Essence as our guide to my perfect Honda Accord purchase! Still in awe of that day 2 weeks later….. Such a blessing to experience🥰
