Staff was very friendly and attentive. Offered several times water or coffee while I waited. They kept me aware of the process from start to finish.

Jason Trett was great to work with. No pressure but gave us good information about the trucks we looked at and was very helpful with the whole buying process.

We were told our Jeep compass would need the brakes fixed because it sat so long on the lot. That was fine. It’s why we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Polar chev told us they would fix the brakes at no cost to us. We brought it in on July 8th. My wife and daughter sat there for three hours for them to tell us they can’t fix the brakes and that we need to bring it to a Jeep dealer to have the calipers retracted or somthing. We could bring it back to Pokar after that and they would again try and fix it. So now getting the brakes fixed that polar told us they would do, is now landing on our shoulders. Part of getting the brakes fixed is actually getting the car to a Jeep dealer, have them do whatever they need to do, and then polar can do what they promised (I have a signed work order I’ll be using if I need too) they would do. The only thing we should need to do is drop off the car we bought (Jeep compass) from polar, and pick it up when the work has been completed. Everything in between is not our problem. We never would have purchased it had we known any of this. I have replied multiple times to the email thread from them. Zero responses. I asked for someone to call me, manager etc, nothing. Completely ghosted. We are realizing now that we bought it, nothing else matters. Very poor customer service. Which sucks, cause the sale process was so awesome, I had planned to come back this fall when my truck is paid off to trade it. Not going happen now. All we want done is what Polar Chev told us they would do. So now we have a nice Jeep, with crappy brakes. And we are left to figure it out. I realize Walser is huge, and Polar Chev is big, and this little review won’t make a difference. But word of mouth will carry some weight. Regret going to Polar.

Everything was a great experience from the sale of the truck I purchased from Walser. Then I had a repair done around a week later I was amazed by the friendly staff and commitment of the staff. I will highly recommend Walser Polar Chevrolet to all my friends and family! Thank you!

While the car buying process was easy, and fast, the service department is horrible. We bought our car and immediately needed issues fixed including a new seatbelt, and rear washer sprayer. They scheduled an appointment with rental and when I arrived they had no rentals. Then the rescheduled , and kept my car all day and didnt look at it for over 8 hours. When called about the status they told me that they hadnt looked at it yet, but would need to order parts and get approval from the sales department.. how do you know to order parts if you havent looked at a car yet. Not at all satisfied with my experience. They said they would contact me about getting the car fixed and it has been over two weeks without any communication.

Got in and out when I wanted. Work was covered under extended warranty. Kept me informed.

No smiles when I walked into service dept. Austin, was not friendly, info. on warranty and car rental was not explained thoroughly.Told to wait in waiting room. Did not tell about amenities provided, never checked on me to give an update of rental(which took over an hour). The whole experience was upsetting. You need to give that department lessons on the proper customer relations.
