The dealership definitely did not meet my expectations in the car buying experience. A $40,000 vehicle that only comes with one key? Also the vehicle was listed online that included floor mats, and none were included with the vehicle. It was like pulling teeth with the dealership to get them to include something that should have been included, especially when it is advertised. They also said they do not negotiate on any of their vehicles, which is really odd for a dealership. I really like the vehicle, which is why I went through with the purchase, but my salesman did not know the history of the vehicle(multiple engine replacements) until I brought it up. When I asked about purchasing another key, they offered me an aftermarket one, but it didn't take, I would be out over $200 for the service, and $100 for the key. Definitely would not recommend them to friends or family and will not have my vehicle serviced there. I have been around dealerships my whole life, and this was the second worst experience I've had.

I really liked the visual text of the mechanics inspection and the pay by phone. Also, the gentleman that greeted me and discussion while leaving was extremely helpful and friendly.

Listen to my needs. Harley was great to work with. Answered my questions. I would recommend Polish Chevrolet.

Treated terrible by service representatives and paid for parts and services that were not needed to find out it was a window seal that they could not fix. Bought a truck from them and after that it's been one thing after another. Always been a chevy guy but after this place Ford super duty is looking better.

I bought a used Dodge Ram Truck from Quinn. Initially everything went well. After the sale though Quinn and the dealership failed me over and over in communicating with me regarding the process of fixing the rust on the fender and the scratches and imperfections that I "thought" I paid for. I had to take the lead on the communication over and over and over. I never actually got an answer on when the truck was going to be done, so I called the Auto Body Shop myself. They told me that the dealership never communicated multiple things that I told Quinn that I wanted the Auto Body to fix, so they said it wasn't going to get done. They did tell me when the truck was going to be expected back at the dealership. Quinn had the day off that day, ad wanted me to wait to pick it up the next day...by that point I was extremely frustrated. So, /i told him to have a manager take care of getting it ready. He agreed to have ready to go by 2:00 pm that day...I did not get to the dealership until 4:00 pm. It still wasn't ready and I got no answer as to why, ever. 4:30 pm and I finally drive the truck home. Nobody at the dealership seemed to care about the horrible lack of communication throughout the process of the truck being at the Auto Body Shop for WAY longer in time (a couple weeks) than it should have, nor did a manger ever address my concerns. Needless to say I will never take my truck there to get serviced and i will never go there again. The leadership at this dealership is obviously lacking, at best.
