I worked with Polar business floor mgr at Polar (Service Mgr, 1st time gone). 2nd time for work completion, I saw regular Service Mgr. Both Mgr's very reassuring to work with. Was trying to get some of the work taken care of by warranty. Service writer at check in not very workable, not reassuring or pleasant to work with. Very disappointed with him. Work on the vehicle could have gone better. Did not have a good experience through this. Phil Chelstrom
