Our salesman Jason was outstanding. He was very attentive and explained all our options very well. We have an issue with the climate control not working for the driver seat. Jason had Jake from service call me and try to set up a time to bring it in. I had to check with my daughter for availability but then we had a few questions. I sent Jason and Jake my questions but have not heard back Jake yet. It has been a week. Jason did follow up to see if anyone reached out. I was told this was a non-smoker vehicle and it smelled the new car smell when I drove it at the dealership. Now after a couple weeks of driving it and running the HVAC we have noticed a strong smoker smell. My wife pointed out two chips in the windshield and rust under the bottom door seal on the passenger side that is not just surface rust, it is breaking through. and the seal is falling off. It is sticky like someone tried to glue it back on with silicone. The light that shows that the car is sensing predictive forward collision warning randomly comes on when no cars are in front of us. Other than those few things, we love the vehicle. My daughter is the primary driver and loves it.

I was impressed initially by the clean lot and then friendly immediate service.. Test drive was easy and quick, our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. No smiles when I walked into service dept. Austin, was not friendly, info. on warranty and car rental was not explained thoroughly.Told to wait in waiting room. Did not tell about amenities provided, never checked on me to give an update of rental(which took over an hour). The whole experience was upsetting. You need to give that department lessons on the proper customer relations.

The dealership definitely did not meet my expectations in the car buying experience. A $40,000 vehicle that only comes with one key? Also the vehicle was listed online that included floor mats, and none were included with the vehicle. It was like pulling teeth with the dealership to get them to include something that should have been included, especially when it is advertised. They also said they do not negotiate on any of their vehicles, which is really odd for a dealership. I really like the vehicle, which is why I went through with the purchase, but my salesman did not know the history of the vehicle(multiple engine replacements) until I brought it up. When I asked about purchasing another key, they offered me an aftermarket one, but it didn't take, I would be out over $200 for the service, and $100 for the key. Definitely would not recommend them to friends or family and will not have my vehicle serviced there. I have been around dealerships my whole life, and this was the second worst experience I've had.
