Overall good customer service and sales. I mean for a dealership they meet the criteria. As far as "transparency" and "honesty" which is corporate speak anyway it goes both ways. If you want to not haggle on price don't mark up the financing on the back end to make it up! Then make the customer catch you and get you back down over 2.5%! Huge mark up for you! Just know what you are doing when you buy a car pay attention to what you are paying for the car NOT the monthly cost.

I bought a used Dodge Ram Truck from Quinn. Initially everything went well. After the sale though Quinn and the dealership failed me over and over in communicating with me regarding the process of fixing the rust on the fender and the scratches and imperfections that I "thought" I paid for. This was continuation of rotors & pads job - initiated in April. Truck brought back multiple times due to shaking and squealing. I don't think it's reasonable that replacement rotors and pads do not match the performance of what the truck rolls out the factory with. Quiet brakes. And smooth rotors that I don't have to replace for 70+ thousand miles. Service Dept didn't agree with me that anything less than what was sub-standard. They tried to pass it off as normal. Essence did a great job with us. It’s not hassle price but of course they try to make you the margin somewhere. Finance guy comes back and tried to get us to take 8.75% financing with A tier credit. I told him we would go somewhere else then it drops to 6.33%. That’s transparency in pricing? Then of course we get worked over for all the extras. Same games, different dealership!

We had a great experience working with Walser Polar Chevrolet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not pushy or too "sales-y." We especially appreciated working with Steven. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions or requests, even on a day off, and was helpful throughout the process. Doing big things like purchasing a vehicle remotely can be a challenge, but both the dealership and Steven made things smooth and simple to accomplish most of the tasks needed remotely.

I brought my 2021 Checy 6.2L Trail Boss into Polar Chevrolet for a brake replacement, and the initial repair was completed using AC Delco brakes. After picking up the truck, I noticed the next day that once I drove over 45 mph and then applied the brakes, there was a vibration/noise issue, along with heat concerns in the rear brakes.
I brought the truck back to Polar, and Todd, the Service Manager, took ownership of the issue. He provided a rental vehicle and made sure I was taken care of while the problem was being diagnosed and resolved.

I seriously believe the detailer is blind. All the plastic was dirty. A damp rag would have worked to clean up. They should be better for the amount of a new vehicle.
Justin was an absolute delight to work with, not only was he patient and respectful throughout the whole process. He also came in on his day off just to help us! I was disappointed in working with the dealership compared to the dealership that I worked with just nine months ago. VW of Inver Grove Heights was excellent to deal with. Some simple things like doing touchup paint and some minor spots was left for us to purchase and do ourselves by Walser. No offense I would really recommend any dealership to most people. Purchasing was fine, two weeks after I bought I hit them up about my tires being really unbalanced. They told me to go to discount tire. Brands wonder why they don’t have any loyalty with customers. That is why.

I bought a Chevy Trailblazer with the help of Essence who made the buying process stress-free! She was patient and answered questions that I had while giving me space to consider the options I was looking at. Overall satisfied with my visit and the help I got!
I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 1/2 hours and it was clear that items they checked off on the checklist weren't done. For example, the windshield wiper fluid was almost empty when I went to the store and remained empty, even though the checklist had said they checked all the fluids and topped them off. So it makes me wonder if the tire rotation was even done.
We bought our car one year ago, and have had to bring it in for service 3 times. In December the service department changed our brake pads due to squeaking. The work they completed did not fix the problem, and when I brought the car back in, they refused to make it right. The service manager was not only unwilling to make it right, but was rude and condescending to both my husband and me. Blaming and yelling at the customer is not how I want to be treated. Very disappointing.
Nightmare, with little to no communication until I reached out the a Supervisor, promises were made and not followed through. I am very unsatisfied and down right angry with the experience.

Eli was very nice. Enjoyed working with him. He responded to my e-mail about vehicles with towing capacity. I was having a hard time locating any. He found 3 and we test drove two. Bought a 2021 Traverse. My only complaint is the time it took to drive our new used vehicle home.

I bought a Cadillac cts that has oil leaks I was told it went through the shop before being put up for sale I doubt it did. It had an aftermarket oil filter and the oil was very dirty I changed the oil and filter. Fortunately there is a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. When you advertise the fact you go through the vehicle before selling maybe do that. It had one key fob the salesman said the other was in service but I have heard nothing about mailing it to me or if it was ever found.
