The 2025 EQ is the 11th vehicle that I've purchased from Polar over the last 35 years. Prior to the 2025, I had purchased a 2024 EQ with Steve Kleitz as sales rep. Unfortunately, it was totaled by a red light runner, but again, Steve did an outstanding job of quickly getting me into the new vehicle.

It was a very good experience I went there to get my oil changed .

Vehicle took 2.5 weeks to repair and after the repair was completed it has now failed in less than 24 hours. Not happy! GM needs to get thing's figured out before I bring it back.

First of all, it is really nice to pull into a clean garage. The service man there was very cordial and asked if I had anything more that I was concerned about with my car. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, and I was well taken care of

Absolutely phenomenal experience at the dealership. The salesman, Jacob K checked in early with me to get my thoughts before I arrived. He had my first car of choice brought up front and ready for me to test drive. I ended up pivoting my car of choice to a secondary option which in reality was much better than my first choice. Jacob presented my with many options for add-ons, warranties, and financing. At the end of the day I couldn't be more pleased with my SUV. I really can't say enough positive things about the Walser experience

The car we purchased that they claimed had a “240 point inspection” ended up breaking down in 5 days. They had to salvage the vehicle because the engine was irreparable. How does a dealership sell a vehicle that is so damaged?

Chris, the salesman was great. It just took a long time to get through the whole process. We were there almost 4 hours.

There approach to sales is refreshing! You deal with one person throughout the whole process. I did not feel like just another sale.

Salesman, Damien was helpful but not pushy. He informed us of all the different warranties and protection packages, but didn’t oversell them. Four days into owning my new Silverado, a deer ran into the drivers door and left a couple dents. Fortunately I opted for the CYA protection package and brought it in to have them fix the dents for free in about an hour. Service is great, dealership is nice, and LOVE my truck.

Our buying experience took entirely too long. Our sales person was jumping around from customer to customer. If she would have just focused on us for a few minutes, we would have been out of there in alot less time. Easy cash sale without trade-in. We were sent home (200 miles) with a tire that was leaking air, which we had to have fixed ourselves. She was nice enough to offer a full tank of gas, but we had to remind her before we left.

Sales guy was great. Took extremely too long for the process. 128 point inspection was meh at best considering every ball joint on the truck was completely dry. Shocks were dead as a door nail but I expected that so not their fault. The fuel filter was filthy dirty and needed to be changed. Service department 100% are not doing their jobs.

The Silverado EV RST was listed as new with no mention that it was a courtesy car with 2900 miles on it. The truck was very dirty, the tonneau was extremely dirty and was off the front mountings, I had to fix it when I got home. The truck was supposed to be detailed and all they did wash it. The trim piece on the roof was missing on the passenger side and the one on the driver’s side was loose. My issue wasn’t with the dealership so much as with the problem with the part not available. It is not the fault of the dealership. I was, however, frustrated with communication. I called and left messages and call wasn’t returned for day or 2. I was without a car for over 5 weeks and the work is still not done!!

This is not our first vehicle from Polar. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone we worked with was great. Our salesman was Jacob Knutson. I was impressed with his experience and helpfulness. There was no pressure in the process. Danny’s price on our trade-in was ok considering the sales tax savings and the trade-in rebate. It was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had.

First of all my Silverado is awesome. Hunter Ross .did everything expected to get the job sold to me .taking me on a tour around the dealership was great . Oil change appointments seem to always take 2 hours. On my last scheduling, I chose the time option with the indicator that it would have a shorter turnaround time. It still took 2 hours. The staff are excellent and thorough, but don’t seem to start the work at the start of my appointment time.

Zach is great! Very friendly, gives detailed explanation. The dealership has nice atmosphere, no pressure, good coffee.

Dealership fixed all my issues on my truck to my satisfaction. I received my truck the way I left it clean. I have had issues with that with other dealers.

Dropped my truck off to get oil change and a tail gate warranty took a day and a half and I had a appointment they told me about 3 hours then they rotated my tires didn't adjust the air pressure or reset the tires so the read the right air pressure trucks still that way now I put the right air pressure in them ask for a free oil change and they blew me off.i paid over $80,000 for this truck from you guys probably go somewhere else next time thanks.
