The dealership said my brakes needed replacing after 35,000 miles on a heavy duty truck. I do not tow with the truck. I agreed as long as the dealership gave me the old brakes when I picked up the truck they forgot and somehow the brakes got thrown out.

I was given total xxxxxxxxx answers to my questions and the fact that service writers don't tell you about coupons on the website or promotions to save you money is absolutely insane. Definitely not for the customer

I am satisfied with the dealership. What I am not satisfied with was they communication regarding getting my truck ready for pick up. I was lead to believe that getting it in a timely manner was no big deal, but there was delay after delay. I agreed to the purchase on 8/31/26 and was lead to believe getting my new truck prior to an extended trip I had coming up (leaving the country on 9/11/26 was no big deal. Mikias is one of the best. if you go into polar you will get over the top customer experience. Amazing. incredible staff and i got an amazing truck, high mileage but very well taken care of. Highly recommend and speak to Mikias! fantastic and he will move mountains for you.
Staff are amazing, but was having problems with my backup camera, not working and had the part ordered but was never notified I use my backup camera everyday so it was hard.

Harley and Quinn were great. I never thought I would be able to own a new car. So I am glad Harley mentioned it, as I wouldn't have asked.Quin was also great. Met with him a couple times. He really was watching out to make sure I would be happy going foward with my decision.

The people in the service area were great to work with….you just need more of them! Very professional and everything was very clean. Calling Walser service to get a vehicle update needs some work, as there are times that it was impossible to get ahold of a real person.
Car shown online at 28,001 miles and having a tonneau cover. Truck actually had 29,539 miles and there was no tonneau cover. When asked they basically just shrugged me off with no real answers or any kind of a solution to these issues. Truck is great just not satisfied with how the issues I brought up were handled.

There wasn't an option for 0 stars. Should have been 0 stars Apparently the sales manager does not know what out the door price means. After agreeing on an out the door price while doing the paper work they paraded me around the store to try to sell me add-ons. Four thousand Dollars. When the paperwork was finally finished they added about $700 of made up crap.
The out of state fee was fake $250 Doc fee and other made up stuff. When you get an out the door price from them. Get it in writing and be prepared to walk.

The checkin process with service advisor (Jacob) was very efficient. The technician gave me a very detailed video addressing my concerns. The technician gave me two options to fix my oil leak and suggested one in particular. I approved the work, and I picked up my vehicle at the promised time. The entire process was very smooth. The highlight was the technician's video...I was very impressed with how thoroughly he explained my problem.

Was impressed with how quick we got in for service and that they had parts and fixed the same day at a decent price
Poor issue with diagnosing known seat issue with c5 Corvette. Paid 100 dollars to have technician rock back and forth with both seats and declare that since both seats moved there was no issue. Service manager refused to refund the 100 dollar diagnosis fee. I am out 100 dollars. A simple Google search pointed to obvious problem with c5 corvette. Nearly every c5 suffers from this issue. I paid a hundred dollars for nothing
Went in for sensor problems, turned out to be intake manifold, they worked quickly knowing I needed to travel to Missouri for my Niece's funeral. I am very grateful.
Well, the first 2 vehicles I test drove both had problems. The air conditioning didn't work in either one of them. And one of them needed a blower motor. Then, I test drove another vehicle, and I ended up buying it, and when I was driving home with it, a check engine light came on. So I brought it back, and it took them two weeks to get it back to me.

Service person was very courteous and welcoming. Service took longer than estimated but at least was kept updated. Was offered a complementary car wash but my truck was not washed. I asked if inside windshield could be cleaned. They said they would see what they can do but didn't get an answer or windshield cleaned. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable.
He got a good deal for the car I wanted He also coordinated a repair that had to happen after the purchase.
